Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged:

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@chalcedonycandlesco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with the RMA number visible.
  4. Ship the return to the address we provide (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/defective).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
