Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (Continental U.S.): $6.95 for orders under $75 • Free on orders $75+
- Alaska & Hawaii: $14.95 flat rate
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout (we currently ship to Canada, UK, EU select countries)
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days after processing
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- International (UK/EU): 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us at hello@chalcedonycandlesco.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- Provide photos of the damaged package/item (if applicable)
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
Due to the nature of our products (candles, fragrance items), we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used candles
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such at checkout)
- Custom or personalized orders
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@chalcedonycandlesco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with the RMA number visible.
- Ship the return to the address we provide (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken glass, leaking wax, manufacturing defect):
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping)
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or damaged/defective items)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
