What makes your candles non-toxic?

Our candles are made with a premium coconut-soy wax blend, 100% pure essential oils (no synthetic fragrances), cotton or wooden wicks, and recyclable glass jars. We avoid paraffin wax, phthalates, parabens, and other harmful chemicals commonly found in conventional candles.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size:

  • 8–10 oz jars: 50–65 hours
  • 12–14 oz jars: 70–90 hours

Actual burn time depends on proper wick trimming, burn duration (2–4 hours per session), and avoiding drafts.

Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling occurs when the candle burns straight down the middle instead of melting edge-to-edge. This usually happens if:

  • The first burn was too short (didn't reach full melt pool)
  • Subsequent burns are less than 2–3 hours
  • The candle is in a drafty area

To fix or prevent: Always burn until the wax melts edge-to-edge on the first burn and for at least 2–4 hours each time after.

Can I return or exchange a candle?

Yes — we accept returns of unused, unopened candles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping).

For damaged or defective items (e.g., broken jar, manufacturing issue), contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a refund including return shipping.

Are your candles safe for pets?

Our candles use 100% natural essential oils and are free from phthalates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances, making them a safer choice than many conventional candles.

However, all candles produce some smoke and airborne particles when burning. We recommend burning in well-ventilated areas, keeping candles out of reach of pets, and never leaving them unattended around curious animals. If your pet has respiratory issues, consult your veterinarian.

How should I store my candles?
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and extreme temperature changes.
  • Keep the lid on when not in use to preserve fragrance strength.
  • Avoid storing in cars, garages, or near windows where temperatures fluctuate.
Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?
